My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms had that normal Scandic style, with comfortable beds, although the radiator was on full blast which made it a bit warm. Unfortunately, my room seemed to have been used for smoking previously, and there were no meals available in their restaurant on Sunday night.

The service was a bit of a mixed bag. While the check-in and check-out procedures were efficient and polite, there were some lapses like the elevator not working properly and leaving remains of room service in the corridor.

The hotel is located near a lovely lake, not far from Roskilde's city center. However, it's around 2 km away, making it a bit inconvenient to access restaurants and activities. Despite the website stating it's on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet and charming with the surrounding park.

The dining experience was decent, offering a typical European breakfast with a good variety of items. It was satisfactory but nothing particularly outstanding, just what you'd expect from a European hotel.
